Totally worth it, makes my pull ups and chin ups extra challenging and engaging compared to regular pull up grips. Theyre waay bigger. I currently use the second largest size for pull ups; it was pretty tough at first cus you have to really lock in your grip and keep your form in check throughout, otherwise it'll rotate (they dont hold position, so if you dont keep your wrists and grip locked, theyll turn when your wrists turn and then youll lose your overhand grip leverage). Its totally awesome, i love the challenge and how much of an improvement I feel in my grip. Went from 8 pull ups on the second biggest giving it my all, to comfortably cranking out 12 or 13 now. Plan to move onto the biggest ones soon!
