Switch Grips – Clip-On Grip Strength Trainer

The Grip Exercise Tool That Works With Your Existing Training

Most training programs overlook hand grip entirely and most lifters only notice the gap when their hands give out before their back, biceps or legs do. Our Switch Grips are built to fix that without adding sessions, changing your program or replacing any equipment you already use.

Clip them onto your pull-up bar, cable machine, resistance bands, kettlebells or Duonamic Eleviia and every pull-up, row and hang becomes a direct grip challenge. Three diameter options at 1.5", 2" and 2.5" control the difficulty. Two grip orientations vary the stimulus and target different muscle groups across your forearms and hands. You get more demand on the same sets with no extra time added.

FAQ's

Yes. They are compatible with pull-up bars, barbells, cable machines, resistance bands and kettlebells. Clip on and your session runs exactly as planned.

Each diameter raises the difficulty. Start at 1.5" to build your baseline, then move to 2" and 2.5" as your grip strength develops. Thicker diameter means a harder hold and more muscle recruited with every rep.

Grip is the connection point between you and the bar. When it fails, the set ends regardless of what the rest of your body has left. Direct grip training means longer holds, heavier pulls and better output across every movement in your program.

Our hand grip trainer handles 250 lbs and holds up under consistent heavy use. We build every product to the same standards because equipment that fails under training pressure was never built right.
