It might sound expensive at first, but I can assure you it's completely worth it. The build quality is exceptional, proudly made in Taiwan, and they feel incredibly sturdy. You won't experience any failures unless you're being careless and swinging on them excessively. When used as intended, they won't come off the wall at all. What's great about these is that the handles being on a cord allows for wrist movement, which is much gentler on the joints. Plus, they're compatible with gymnastics rings with a carabiner setup, turning them into one of the most versatile pieces of gym equipment you can have.
By attaching calisthenics rings, you can do ring pull-ups, dips, rows, pushups, and numerous other gymnastics exercises. I was a little apprehensive about hanging it in this old rental condo but there are zero signs of damage, no creaking or anything from the door frame. It was so easy to put up. Haven’t used the rings yet but I’m excited to get stronger now that I have the equipment I need for what I want to do.

This product is everything I hoped for and more…high quality materials and craftsmanship, amazing customer service! I initially ordered the set because my door jam is too narrow for most door hang chin-up bars. These are perfect and easily accommodate my situation. Initially there was a slight glitch but they took care of it quickly and above and beyond my expectations.
I haven’t tried the rings yet but they’re made with such quality I have no concerns. I went on to buy the yoga hammock just because I’ve always wanted one and this company seemed the way to go. Used to have weak dips, pull, and chin-ups. Now I can do oodles of them and even do upside down curls lol. Everytime I walk past them I do a workout, the only thing I could complain about is that the rock wall grips didn't come in my purchase haha.

It was ok. I like the product and does what i need it for. Minor inconvenience is that oneof the pictures shows that you can attach the rings to the front/end of the bag. Looking at the main picture, I can easily tell its not the same bag. I dont understand why they would show a different bag while selling this specific product. Odd.
These are great, but unfortunately they damaged the drywall above the doorframe in our apartment which means we are having to return them & do some repairs. Totally appreciate that shoddy construction is not duonamic's fault but the return process is a bit expensive (e.g. shipping & duties deducted) which was disappointing.
Rings are great! The straps are super well made and easy to use. And the pull up grips are great, super sturdy and fit over our extra tall door frame. Awesome product
The rings are so fun to workout with and the ability to use them in a wide door frame is awesome! All of my both my kids and husband started using them too. Love the rings!
Great, versatile and works on my doorframe. It packs up in a nice compartment and has already help me improve my pullups. I also use the ring for pushups and lat exercises so very versatile!

I've been loving the whole set! It's working great on my door frames! I've been loving getting to use from it, trying out different movements etc. As a tall female; 6 feet tall and 200lbs from 18 years of weight training I feel nice and secure on the equipment. I can't wait to see how much I'll progress with time. My only negative feedback is I wish the rings had a coating on them, vs being just the wood. You can feel the ridges, and I'm just hoping I won't get splinters. No issues so far but a top coat on the wood I think would make them feel better to the touch. All in all its an amazing investment for home workouts, and easy to take with you anywhere.

Sturdy. I was surprised. My boyfriend who is paraplegic loved it.
Great quality and design. The clamps really do hook on very well. I have not had a single incident where they have come off when supporting my 100kg self, even when using at a 45 degree angle. There is no visible damage to the frame or wall. Although it has a hefty price tag, you do get what you pay for.
I am obsessed with the pull up handles and I am loving the rings! I am new to rings and I am a huge fan already. Looking forward to completing my 1st muscle up. Impressed with the quality and durability of the products. 10/10 recommend.
