Great gift item. Offers great hand strengthening. For a set of 3, it would be nice to have a slightly greater differentiation between the squeeze resistance from the lowest to highest. I enjoy rotating it in my hand when just relaxing between squeezing sessions. Thanks.

These things are nicely designed with their knurled texture and two resistance levels on each ring. They're small enough to have in a pocket for idle moments. Good as both a training tool and fidget toy. Already one of the most used pieces of fitness gear I own.
